OUR PROCESS
recycled polyester process
used PET bottles
are collected & sorted by type and colour
stripped off their labels and caps, the bottles are washed & crushed into flakes
flakes are melted
and made into consistently shaped pellets
pellets are extruded & made into fiber, which is is crimped, cut, drawn, stretched & baked
upcycled cotton process
Leftover fabric scraps from garment units are collected, sorted by colour and baled
The bales are opened and screened manually for contamination
The conditioned fabric scraps are fed into the shredding machine for further processing
Fabric scraps are shred into crude fiber and baled again for the next process
1. Blending of upcycled cotton
and recycled polyester
2. Carding process opens fibers, removes
short fibers and produces a single sliver
3. Drawing process combines multiple
slivers into a single sliver
4. Rotar Spinning converts the
sliver into replay yarn
Quality Control
We take utmost care in ensuring our products are of the finest quality. We conduct stringent tests at every step of our manufacturing process (from fibre to finished garment) to ensure no compromise on quality. We use waste procured from pre-consumer garment cutting
and polyester obtained from recycled PET bottles that yeilds
a sustainable product which ensures that our environmental
impact is the bare minimum
